China Energy Engineering's 2025 Profit Falls 30%

China Energy Engineering (SHA:601868, HKG:3996) booked 5.84 billion yuan in attributable profit for 2025, falling 30% from 8.40 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.

Shares of the state-owned energy conglomerate were down over 2% in morning trade on the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share were 0.13 yuan, compared with 0.19 yuan in the prior year.

Revenue rose 3.7% to 452.93 billion yuan from 436.71 billion yuan in 2024.

The firm proposed a dividend of 0.312 yuan per 10 shares.
