China Communications Construction (HKG:1800, SHA:601800) recorded a 37% decline in attributable profit in 2025 to 15 billion yuan from 23.9 billion yuan a year prior, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The engineering company's earnings per share were 0.86 yuan in the year, down from 1.40 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue slipped 5.4% to 726.6 billion yuan from 768.2 billion yuan previously, mainly due to a slower growth rate of the domestic infrastructure construction industry.
The firm proposed a final dividend of 0.07729 yuan per share, payable on or before Aug. 15 subject to shareholder approval.
