Shanghai Electric (HKG:2727, SHA:601727) recorded a 60% rise in attributable profit to 1.21 billion yuan in 2025 from 752.5 million yuan a year prior, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The power service provider's earnings per share stood at 0.078 yuan, an increase from 0.048 yuan in the previous fiscal year.
Revenue jumped 9% to 126.7 billion yuan from 116.2 billion yuan in the year-ago period.
The firm proposed a final dividend of 0.01425 yuan per share for the year, payable on or before Aug. 30 subject to shareholder approval.
