China Galaxy Securities (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) or CGS said Liang Shipeng ceased to be its chief compliance officer and chief risk officer effective Monday due to the adjustment of work arrangements, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The securities broker named Guo Chen as its chief risk officer the same day. Guo has been serving in the company since December 2025.
