Earnings per share rose to 0.7781 yuan from 0.7592 yuan, according to a filing on the Shenzhen bourse.
Operating revenue went up 13% year over year to 4.74 billion yuan from 4.21 billion yuan.
Shares of the fabless semiconductor company declined 1% in recent trade.
