Miniso (HKG:9896) incurred an attributable loss of 141.5 million yuan in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with an attributable profit of 805.7 million yuan a year prior, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Loss per share stood at 0.12 yuan, compared with earnings per share of 0.65 yuan in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The retailer's revenue jumped 33% to 6.25 billion yuan from 4.71 billion yuan in the year-ago period.
For the full year 2025, attributable profit fell to 1.21 billion yuan from 2.62 billion yuan, with earnings per share declining to 0.98 yuan from 2.10 yuan.
Revenue jumped 26% to 21.4 billion yuan from 17 billion yuan previously.
The firm declared a final dividend of $0.3764 per ADS or $0.0941 per share for shareholders of record on April 20, subject to shareholder approval.
The dividend is expected to be paid April 29 and May 4 to holders of shares and ADSs, respectively.
