Data#3 (ASX:DTL), a Microsoft licensing provider, was appointed by the Digital Transformation Agency, which represents the Commonwealth of Australia, to facilitate the provision of Microsoft products as well as to provide services to the Australian government, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The firm was selected as a panel provider for an initial five‑year term, with an option to extend for an additional year.
Its shares fell 1% on market close.
