0813 GMT - Elite UK REIT's higher portfolio valuations could serve as an inflection point for the Singapore-listed real-estate investment trust, DBS Group Research analysts say in a note. The REIT manager posted that the REIT's property valuations gained 9.1% in its latest independent appraisal, driven by a successful lease extension with a key tenant, they note. This valuation uplift signals disciplined execution of the manager's value-accretive strategies, they say. The manager's moves to reposition the REIT's assets could also enhance the portfolio's optionality, they add. These could drive a sustained net-asset value re-rating over the medium term. DBS maintains its buy rating and target price of 0.40 pound sterling for its units, which are 1.5% lower at 0.33 pound sterling. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
