Fenbi Grants 10.2 Million Shares to Employees as Incentives; Shares Drop 4%

Fenbi (HKG:2469) said it has granted 10.2 million restricted share units to 185 employees under its 2023 RSU scheme, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the vocational education and training services firm were down over 4% in Thursday's midday trade.

The share units were granted at no cost, with the shares closing at HK$1.12 on the grant date.

About 5.3 million restricted share units will vest over three years, while the remaining 4.9 million will vest over four years.
