Feiyu Technology International (HKG:1022) unit Xiamen Feiyu entered into a game business cooperation framework agreement with Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems starting April 2, 2026, and ending Dec. 31, 2028, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Under the agreement, the parties will cooperate in the game business, including game development, operations, payment services, and advertising display.
Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems is a consolidated affiliated entity of Tencent (HKG:0700), which indirectly holds 14.97% of web and mobile game developer Feiyu Technology International's issued share capital.
