Stellantis-backed (STLA) Leapmotor delivered 110,155 new energy vehicles in Q1, up 25.8% year over year, Stellantis said Thursday.
March deliveries also increased by 34.9% to 50,029 vehicles, according to Stellantis. The company said Leapmotor is accelerating the launch of new vehicle models to sustain its momentum, with four upcoming models expected to make up about 60% of its total annual sales.
Stellantis acquired a 20% stake in Leapmotor through a 2023 investment deal.
