Fuyao Glass Industry (SHA:600660, HKG:3606) issued ultra-short-term bonds worth 550 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The bonds have a 1.49% coupon rate and a term of 268 days.
Bank of China (SHA:601988, HKG:3988) is the lead underwriter of the issuance.
The Chinese glass manufacturer's Shanghai shares slipped 1% during the morning trade.
