Metals Royalty said Wednesday that its registration statement on Form F-1 was declared effective by the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Subsequently, the company's common shares are expected to begin Nasdaq trading under the ticker "TMCR" on April 8, it said.
The company further said that the direct listing will be conducted without an underwritten offering, and no new shares will be issued in connection with the listing.
Metals Royalty is anchored by a 2% gross overriding royalty on the NORI polymetallic deposit controlled by TMC the metals company (TMC).
