Leoch International Technology (HKG:0842) said it was no longer proceeding with the spin off and U.S. listing of its Leoch Energy unit, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the power supply services provider rose 57% in morning trade Thursday.
The firm said it was stepping away from the spin-off in light of the prevailing market and regulatory conditions.
