PropNex (SGX:OYY) proposed to renew its share buyback mandate and will seek shareholder approval at the annual general meeting to be held later this month, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The mandate will allow the company to undertake purchases of shares up to 10% of its issued capital, with a view to granting directors greater control over its share capital structure, dividend payout and cash reserves.
