Triton Valves (BOM:505978) allotted around 3.8 million bonus equity shares, according to a filing to the BSE on Thursday.
The company allotted shares in the ratio of 3:1, with eligible shareholders receiving three equity shares of 10 rupees each for every one equity share of 10 rupees held as of April 1.
Following the allotment of the bonus equity shares, the equity capital has increased to around 51.2 million rupees, comprising nearly 5.1 million equity shares of 10 rupees each.
The company's shares were down over 1%.
