- Eli Lilly LLY.N reached a deal on Tuesday to buy Centessa Pharmaceuticals 260y.F, a company developing treatments for the sleep disorder narcolepsy and other neurological conditions, in a deal worth about $6.3 billion.

- McCormick & Company MKC.N said on Tuesday that it planned to combine with Unilever’s ULVR.L food business to form a new entity with some $20 billion in annual revenue.
