Midea Real Estate (HKG:3990) booked 559.3 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, swinging from a loss of 2.06 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Shares of the property manager fell nearly 1% in late morning trade Wednesday.
Earnings per share were 0.39 yuan, compared with a loss per share of 1.44 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue rose 11% year on year to 4.15 billion yuan, figures showed.
The company also proposed a dividend of HK$0.19 per share, payable Aug. 20.
