Ericsson (ERIC) unit Vonage said Thursday that India-based Broot.ai has selected the company to help improve its customer relationship management platform.
Broot.ai has integrated its voice API and local number provisioning to enable real-time, in-app calling.
The solution supports provisioning of local business numbers across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, helping enterprises establish a local presence and improve response rates, the company said.
