0738 GMT - Miniso's growth should remain strong despite margin pressure, Deutsche Bank's Sammi Xu says in a research note. The company's fourth-quarter adjusted net profit underperformed market consensus, but management's 2026 guidance for high-teens revenue growth and low-single-digit same-store sales growth in both China and the U.S., is a positive sign. "We view the current valuation as an attractive entry point for a double-digit growth company in the China consumer space, which now also offers a decent dividend yield," Xu says. Deutsche Bank keeps a buy rating but trims its target on the stock to HK$41.00 from HK$44.00. Shares last traded at HK$31.80. (tracy.qu@wsj.com)
