Zymeworks (ZYME) said Wednesday that it has appointed Kristin Stafford as its chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Stafford joins the company from Royalty Pharma (RPRX), where she most recently served as chief accounting officer, the company said.
Shares of Zymeworks were up 2.6% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
