China Aerospace Times Electronics (SHA:600879) completed the issuance of a 400 million yuan ultra-short-term commercial paper, the first tranche for the year, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.55% and a term of 174 days.
China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) is the lead underwriter for the issuance.
The aerospace company's shares slipped over 1% during the morning trade.
