Shandong Sunway Chemical (SHE:002469) directors approved the name change of subsidiary Shandong Sunway New Energy Technology to Shandong Sunway New Materials, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The business scope also changed to research and development of new materials technologies from emerging energy technologies, among others, the filing said.
