Indonesia introduces beneficial owner disclosure policy for listed companies

JAKARTA, April 2 (Reuters) - Indonesia has introduced a new policy to disclose the beneficial owners of listed companies, Hasan Fawzi, a senior official with the Financial Services Authority, said on Thursday, part of reforms aimed at improving stock market transparency.
