Health-insurance stocks rose after the government announced a new rate for Medicare Advantage. Humana shares rose 11% in after-hours trading Monday, while CVS Health and Elevance Health shares gained 7%.
Mawson added five new members to its board as part of an agreement with an activist investor. The stock gained 22%, to $3.16, after the bell.
Owlet's co-founder is returning as chief executive, and the company said it expects first-quarter revenue to be on the high end of its guidance. The stock rose 9%, to $5.56.
