Infratil (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) said CDC's valuation rose 7.2% over the three months to March 31, reflecting an increase of AU$1 billion from Dec. 31, 2025, to AU$15 billion, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

The company's 49.72% stake in CDC is now valued at AU$7.45 billion, up from AU$6.95 billion as of Dec. 31, 2025, the filing said.

The uplift reflects CDC's expanding pipeline of operating and planned capacity, alongside a successful AU$500 million equity raise, in which Infratil contributed AU$250 million, per the filing.
