Aoril 7 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes fell on Tuesday as investors parsed comments from the U.S. and Iran for any clues on what might come next in the Middle East conflict, before President Donald Trump's deadline for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. .N

At 1130 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.75% at 46,321.41.The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.85% at 6,555.73, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 1.23% at 21,725.28.
