** Rosenblatt Securities upgrades stock rating to "buy" from "neutral" and raises PT to $180 from $165, implying an upside of ~43% to stock's last close

** Brokerage says that XPO (eXtra-dense pluggable optics) is ANET's smart new approach for AI data center networking that significantly increases density and power efficiency

** 25 of 28 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, three "hold"; their median PT is $175 - data compiled by LSEG

** Up to last close, stock down ~4% this year
