Xponential Fitness (XPOF) said late Monday its board began a review of strategic alternatives that could result in an outright company sale or a merger, among other options.
The company hired Jefferies as its financial adviser for the review process, which it said is meant to "maximize shareholder value."
Xponential Fitness shares were up 3.7% in premarket activity Tuesday.
