Digico Infrastructure REIT (ASX:DGT) withdrew its LAX1 data center proposal in Monterey Park after the City Council signaled that approval for the project was unlikely, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company holds the LAX1 and LAX2 assets at a book value of $71 million and remains confident in its ability to realize value from them, the filing added.
