ATN International Names Former Liberty Communications Puerto Rico Exec CEO

ATN International named Naji Khoury, former chief executive of Liberty Communications Puerto Rico, as its new CEO, replacing Brad Martin, who is stepping down.

Khoury's appointment is effective April 20.

Khoury spent 14 years at Liberty Communications Puerto Rico, including the last six years as CEO. He previously held senior leadership roles at Centennial Communications, a fixed and mobile carrier, and GE Capital Services within its Spacenet subsidiary, a provider of satellite-based services.

Martin had been CEO since 2024 and previously served as the company's chief operating officer.
