WW International (WW) said Saturday it has formed an Office of the CEO after Chief Executive Officer Tara Comonte departed the company earlier in the week.

The company said the interim Office of the CEO will comprise CFO Felicia DellaFortuna and COO Jon Volkmann, who will oversee operations while the board considers appointing an interim chief executive.

The board has launched a search for a permanent CEO with the help of an executive search firm, it added.
