Geospace Technologies (GEOS) said late Monday it is implementing an organizational change that will result in some 20% reduction in its global workforce.

Shares slumped 18% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 280,000 from a daily average of about 246,000.

Mach Natural Resources (MNR) said late Monday a secondary public offering of 9 million units by Vepu, Simlog and Sabinal Energy Operating has been priced at $13.05 apiece.

Shares were down 10%, with intraday trading volume of over 5.6 million, versus a daily average of about 343,000.
