Nerdy Names Atul Bagga as CFO, Issues 2026 Revenue Guidance

Nerdy (NRDY) said Monday it appointed Atul Bagga as chief financial officer, effective on the same day.

Bagga succeeds Jason Pello, whose term ended on April 3, the company said.

Bagga was most recently the CFO of Jones Lang LaSalle's (JLL) JLL Technologies, according to a statement.

Additionally, Nerdy said it expects full-year 2026 revenue of $180 million to $190 million. Three analysts polled by FactSet expect $183 million.

Shares of Nerdy were down more than 2% pre-bell Monday.
