US stock futures were falling Tuesday on the news that Iran's Kharg Island targeted with several strikes.

These stocks were making moves:

Broadcom was up 3.6% in premarket trading. The chip maker was rising after a filing late Monday revealed the extension of its collaboration with Alphabet, for which it designs artificial-intelligence chips, through 2031.

Humana was rising 11% in the premarket session. The healthcare insurer was leading among its peers after the federal government on Monday said it would pay insurers in the Medicare program an average increase of 2.48% next year, well above an originally mooted level in January of just 0.09%. UnitedHealth was rising 6.8% and CVS Health was gaining 6.4%.

Amazon.com was up 0.6%. The online retailer and the U.S. Postal Service have reached a newpackage-handling agreement, which will involve a 20% reduction in Amazon packages sent through the service, The Wall Street Journal reported. United Parcel Service was down 0.7% and FedEx was falling 0.6%.

Universal Music Group was rising 11% in European trading after Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Capital said it had made an offer to buy the record label for more than $63 billion. The newly created company would be based in Nevada and would shift its stock listing to the New York Stock Exchange from Amsterdam, Pershing said.
