Wix.com (WIX) said Friday that it repurchased about $1.62 billion in common shares under a modified Dutch Auction tender offer, which expired April 1.
The company said about 17.6 million common shares were tendered to the offer, all of which were accepted for purchase at $92 per share.
Wix President Nir Zohar said the tender offer allowed the company to buy back nearly 30% of its market capitalization.
Wix.com shares were up more than 1% premarket Monday.
