AnAn International Establishes Indirect Subsidiaries in France; Shares Down 5%

AnAn International (SGX:Y35) set up indirect subsidiaries in France, France Habitat Tech SAS and Kalandr SAS, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the energy trading company were down nearly 5% in Wednesday trading.

The company has an effective interest of 51% in France Habitat and a 40.8% interest in Kalandr.

The subsidiaries will be involved in the installation of photovoltaic solar panels and the development of energy portfolio management software.

Meanwhile, Dyneff Gas Stations Networks, a dormant subsidiary of Dyneff SAS in Spain, was voluntary liquidated and struck off from the Spanish Mercantile Registry.
