Komeda's (TYO:3543) net income attributable to owners of the parent rose 11% to 6.46 billion yen for the fiscal year 2025 from 5.81 billion yen a year earlier.
The restaurant operator's basic earnings per share increased to 141.98 yen from 127.66 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing Wednesday.
Revenue jumped 22% to 57.2 billion yen for the full year ended Feb. 28 from 47.1 billion yen in the prior year.
For the fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable net income of 6.90 billion yen, basic EPS of 151.63 yen, and revenue of 60.9 billion yen.
Komeda plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 31 yen per share each, bringing the total to 62 yen for the current year, which is higher than the 60 yen in the year-ago period.
