Accenture (ACN) said Wednesday that it has acquired Spanish cloud-native AI and data company, Keepler Data Tech.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The company said that more than 240 Keepler professionals will join its team.
Accenture shares were up 2% during Wednesday premarket activity.
