Levi Strauss $(LEVI)$: Shares jumped premarket after the apparel maker said its turnaround is working, and upgraded its guidance.
Blue Owl $(OWL)$: One of its biggest private-credit funds was downgraded by ratings firm Moody's because of investors asking to pull out a big share of their money. Shares rose premarket amid a global rally in most sectors but energy.
Shell (UK:SHEL, SHEL): The oil company warned of lower natural-gas production because of disruptions caused by the Middle East conflict, but expects a boost from higher oil prices. Its shares fell in line with energy stocks following cease-fire news that pushed oil prices dramatically lower.
Universal Music Group (NL:UMG): The record label acknowledged an unsolicited offer from Pershing Square and said its board has confidence in the company's strategy and its CEO. Shares rose in Amsterdam.
Delta Air Lines $(DAL)$: The carrier reports earnings before the bell.
