Times China (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of around 401 million yuan in March, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 48,400 square meters, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
For the quarter ended March 31, contracted and sales GFA stood at a respective 882 million yuan and 85,900 square meters, the property developer said.
