Metals Royalty said Wednesday its common shares are expected to start trading on the same day on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "TMCR."
The company said it aims to focus on capital development opportunities in the critical metals and minerals value chain to support mineral security and independence in North America.
Metals Royalty said its portfolio is anchored by its sole royalty on the NORI polymetallic nodule deposit controlled by TMC the metals company (TMC).
