Marsh & McLennan (MRSH) unit Marsh McLennan Agency said Tuesday it has acquired Seitz Insurance Agency.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the company said.
The acquisition strengthens MMA's presence in eastern Montana, adding to its established network across central and western parts of the state, it said.
