Chevron Chief Executive Officer Michael Wirth's annual compensation fell last year, despite a slight increase in salary.

Wirth's total compensation was $26.8 million in 2025, down 18% from the prior year, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

While Wirth's annual salary rose slightly, the increase was offset by a decline in stock awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation and the change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.

Chevron's Finance Chief Eimear Bonner, meanwhile, had higher compensation of $7.53 million last year, up about 1% from the previous year.
