Bumitama Agri's Earnings Could Be Driven by High Crude Palm Oil Prices -- Market Talk
Dow Jones04-07
0322 GMT - Bumitama Agri could post strong earnings due to persistently high crude palm oil prices, DBS Group Research analysts say in a note. DBS expects crude palm oil prices to remain elevated at $950 a metric ton this year. The producer of crude palm oil and palm kernel has been paying ample dividends, and there is room for the company to continue solid payouts and offer a decent dividend yield of 5%-6% to investors, DBS says. The bank has a buy rating on the stock and a target price of S$2.30. Shares are 0.5% lower at S$1.89. (amanda.lee@wsj.com)
