Gold 50 Confirms Potential to Recover Gallium via Low-Cost Methods; Shares Up 5%

MT Newswires Live04-08

G50 (ASX:G50) confirmed the potential to recover and concentrate gallium through low-cost processing methods following metallurgical test work from the Golconda project in Arizona, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The test work, which assessed gallium, silver, and gold recovery from unoxidized drill core and reverse circulation chips, indicated that gallium and silver were concentrated in the fine fraction through a process of screening and desliming, while a separate gold/silver concentrate was produced via flotation, the filing said.

Shares rose 5% in morning trade on Wednesday.
