** Company's Shenzhen-listed stock 000002.SZ rises 4.5% to 3.98 yuan, posts its biggest intraday pct gain since January 29

** The Chinese property developer is seeking to extend another onshore bond by one year, offering to repay 40% of principal upfront, sources told Reuters on Wednesday, after clearing an initial round of debt extension talks in January

** Vanke did not immediately respond to Reuters' request for a comment

** YTD, Hong Kong stock down 8.8%, Shenzhen-listed shares down 15.3%
