Jiade shares climbed after the company said its new businesses helped drive a double-digit increase in annual revenue.
The stock gained 40% to $2.13 in after-hours trading Friday, after closing at a 52-week low.
The Chinese education support services provider said revenue in fiscal 2025 increased 37% to 25.7 million Chinese yuan, or $3.7 million.
Sales were boosted by three newly launched businesses that provide safety technology training services and online course services, as well as sell customized equipment.
The integration of newly acquired subsidiaries that launched safety technology training services drove revenue growth in the quarter, Jiade said.
Jiade also said it is also shifting from a labor-intensive model using AI and automation to streamline operations and reduce manual and offline venue costs.
