0032 GMT - Morgan Stanley identifies three potential drivers of incremental earnings upgrades by A2 Milk. Analyst Julia M. de Sterke says earlier regulatory approvals for two China Label products could pull forward the ramp-up in production from A2 Milk's Pokeno plant in New Zealand. That would improve profitability sooner than expected, and potentially lead to A2 Milk declaring a special dividend early. Secondly, MS says growth in categories such as supplements could add a complementary, non margin-dilutive stream alongside infant milk formula. "A2 Platinum/Genesis could see incremental share gains as competitors work through recall-driven disruption, with notably Nestle a potential net share donor given recent soft commentary on the China market," MS says. It thinks these factors combined could benefit FY27 Ebitda by 23%. (david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
