WT Microelectronics (TPE:3036) posted consolidated sales of about NT$194.1 billion for March, soaring 119% annually, according to a Thursday filing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Shares gained nearly 1% in Friday's midday trade.
Monthly, the figure soared roughly 86%, the company said.
For the first quarter, cumulative sales totaled NT$494.3 billion, up about 100% year-on-year, it added.
